Beer is carbon dioxide, the wine is not.

A sealed bottle of beer does not freeze at temperatures above 10C, because the dissolved gases (CO2) in the solution. The more dissolved particles, the greater the freezing point of the solution. The chemical nature of the solute has no influence on the extent to which lower the freezing point, the number of undissolved particles.
